Major Activities

Nurse’s Home care

At least eight home cares are conducted every week. In each home care 8 to 10 patients are given medical care. Once a patient is registered by volunteer , our team visits the patient and decides which type of care that person needs and it is recorded in the patients diary. On the basis of that report our palliative team visits the patient at regular intervals.

In addition to this night emergency home care is also conducted. If a request for emergency medical care is received, the volunteer of that area visits the patient and make sure whether any immediate medical help is required or not and the matter will be communicated to the home care team and they will act accordingly.

Doctors’ home care.
